Women and Aviation is a research project that presents a unique plan for altering this underrepresentation of women in collegiate aviation at BGSU through a unique historical focus that attempts to, increase high school students’ awareness of potential careers for women in aviation, increase female students’ enrollment in BGSU’s Aviation Studies Program, and increase the percentage of females securing jobs in aviation.
